Small-town living meets big city luxuries as this 100 plus year old former Georgia Cigar Factory turned modern loft residence encompasses a true modern industrial aesthetic. Nestled in the heart of historic downtown Newnan, this 7000sqft home was lovingly brought to life with a massive restoration/renovation. Designer details abound and no element was overlooked as original heart-pine beams were repurposed into interior cladding for the stairwell and any bricks pulled from demolition were used in the reconstructed façade. Everything minus the four original exterior walls and the main interior dividing wall are new in this complete renovation.
